How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free on any plan. A card is required upfront, but you won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends.
What fees apply?
Mia charges zero commission on sales (0%). The payment processor (Stripe) applies its own fees: typically 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards. Stripe fees come from the price you set or are borne by the buyer, depending on your settings.
How does VAT work?
RON prices shown on this page include 21% VAT. EUR prices are VAT-exclusive. Craftworks Labs SRL invoices your Mia subscription per Romanian law.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Start to Pro anytime — the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
Do I need a PFA or SRL to use Mia?
To receive payouts you need a PFA or SRL — it's a legal requirement for receiving payments in Romania. You can create your account and explore the platform without a company.
