Straight talk: what Mia does and what stays yours
- You are the seller. Mia is the platform: the page, the payment, the delivery. Price, product and the customer relationship are yours.
- Invoices and VAT are yours. Mia is not your accountant and does not issue invoices in your place. Check invoicing settings with your accountant.
- You’re the seller. Declare your income. Fiscal invoices need a PFA or SRL. You can still build your page before you have them.
- You pay the subscription only. Stripe takes its fee, and you see it on every order.
- Today: card payments. If we add something else, we will tell you when it works — not before.

Are the 30 days really free?
Yes. You add a card at the start, but you pay nothing for 30 days. We write 3 days before, and if you cancel by then you pay nothing.
What can customers pay with?
Cards, through Stripe. When we add something else, we will tell you when it works.
Do I need a sole trader setup or a company?
You’re the seller. Declare your income. Fiscal invoices need a PFA or SRL. You can still build your page first, and our guide helps you choose.
Does Mia take a cut of sales?
No. You pay the subscription only. Stripe has its own fee on each card payment.
Can I take my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export products, orders and customers any time.
